Specific Concerns/Problems at Mizzou

Diversity Training – while we have a start on this, the training that is offered should be required for Managers and above, as well as departmental HR staff
Communication about the role of the Chief Diversity Officer and the function of the Diversity Office
Representation of minority groups in the student body

New Staff Orientation - Add specific information on Diversity
Brown Bag Lunch Sessions – Add Diversity topics with interactive discussions on current issues across campus
New Training Opportunities – In depth training with “hands on” training and simulations
