What is MO-CRI?

Ballot Initiative: Petitions Due Today @ 5pm
Proposed Constitutional Amendment Language: Section 34.1. The state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin of public employment, public education, or public contracting.
Basically, it means that progressive reforms such as affirmative action programs will be removed in the areas of education, employment, and government contracts.
